You can also, press & hold the I< or>I button on the top panel of Carvaan mini for 3-4 seconds to jump 10 songs backwards or forwards respectively when in Saregama mode or USB mode.

In the FM/AM mode, press the buttons to move to the next/ previous FM/AM stations.

Note:These buttons are disabled in bluetooth mode.

When you press the reset button, Carvaan mini will be set to default factory settings. If you have paired any Bluetooth device with Carvaan mini prior to using the reset function, you will need to re-pair the device.

There is a light indicator on the back panel of Saregama Carvaan mini. What is it?

The light indicator signifies that Carvaan mini is being charged. The indicator light will be lit in red, when charging is in progress. This light is automatically turned off when the battery is fully charged.

I can sometimes see a blue light blinking on the front panel of Carvaan mini. What is this light?

If Carvaan mini is in use and you see a blue light blinking on the front panel of the unit, it means that the battery is very low. Please connect the unit to a power source immediately to charge it.

You can pull out the antenna to improve reception of local FM stations.

Can I auto tune FM/AM stations?

To auto tune FM stations, follow the steps below:

• Press FM/AM button to start FM
• Press (Play/pause) button on top panel of Carvaan Mini for 5 seconds then, release button
• Carvaan mini will start searching for all FM signal. You will hear a searching sound and each FM station will play for approx. 3-4 seconds till all stations are tuned
• When all the stations are tuned, the last station will start playing automatically. It will continue to play, till you switch to another station or mode
• Press next/ previous to go to next/ previous FM station

To auto tune AM stations, follow the steps below:

No. Carvaan mini doesn’t come along with earphones. You can plug in your personal earphones/ headphones.

How do I listen to songs stored on my pen drive on Saregama Carvaan mini?

To play songs from your pen drive on Carvaan mini, follow the steps below:

• The first song on your pendrive will automatically start playing

If the warranty is still valid and the product issue meets our warranty policy, we will replace or repair the unit.

What is the Warranty Policy?

Carvaan mini comes with 6 month Carry in warranty.

Warranty will be valid only when the Warranty Card or original Purchase Invoice is presented for service Accessories are not covered under warranty.

• Saregama reserves the right to decline warranty service, if the above documents are not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the Warranty Card is found to be tampered with
• This Warranty shall not cover any damages resulting from un-authorized adaptations or adjustments to the product
• This Warranty will be void if the serial no. on the product has been altered, removed or defaced
• This Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper usage by the customer or incorrect connection of the product to any external equipment which not approved by Saregama. Any deficiency in product performance due to signal reception through third party equipment or third party software will not be under the purview of this warranty
• This Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear to the memory card, speaker, battery and display panel if the product is used in commercial, business, industrial, educational or rental applications
• This Warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, lightening, fire, water or liquid spillages, sudden drops, excessive shock or any external cause beyond Saregama's control and/or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorized agent
• This Warranty does not cover liability for loss of data. If the content of the memory is altered, deleted, or in any way modified, Saregama shall not be responsible and if serviced under warranty, the product will be returned configured as originally purchased
• Saregama reserves the right to replace the defective part with an equivalent and/or reconditioned unit

Can I extend the warranty?

No, there is no such facility right now.

What is Replacement Policy?

The product will be replaced only if the product is still under warranty and the issue is found to be irreparable.

What is Dead on Arrival Policy?

Dead on arrival applies when a newly purchased product does not function at all. In such a case, it will be replaced free of costcost. However, such cases need to be reported within 10 days from the date of receipt of the product. To report such a case, email on feedback@saregama.com. mentioning these details; Name, Serial Number of the unit, issue with the unit.

Dead on arrival doesn't apply to the following cases:

• If the product has been damaged / tampered/mishandled with by the customer
• If the customer is not able to provide the original invoice
• Loss of any spare part by the customer
• Any other wear and tear caused to the product by the customer

Failure to ship the damaged parts / Product back to us may result in you being charged for the replacement part or product at invoice price or MRP whichever is applicable.

What is the Warranty Policy?

Carvaan mini Telugu comes with 6 month Carry in warranty.

Warranty will be valid only when the Warranty Card or original Purchase Invoice is presented.

• Saregama reserves the right to decline warranty service, if the above documents are not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the Warranty Card is found to be tampered with
• This Warranty shall not cover any damages resulting from un-authorized adaptations or adjustments to the product
• This Warranty will be void if the serial no. on the product has been altered, removed or defaced
• This Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper usage by the customer or incorrect connection of the product to any external equipment which not approved by Saregama. Any deficiency in product performance due to signal reception through third party equipment or third party software will not be under the purview of this warranty
• This Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear to the memory card, speaker, battery and display panel if the product is used in commercial, business, industrial, educational or rental applications
• This Warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, lightening, fire, water or liquid spillages, sudden drops, excessive shock or any external cause beyond Saregama's control and/or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorized agent
• This Warranty does not cover liability for loss of data. If the content of the memory is altered, deleted, or in any way modified, Saregama shall not be responsible and if serviced under warranty, the product will be returned configured as originally purchased
• Saregama reserves the right to replace the defective part with an equivalent and/or reconditioned unit
• Customer must raise a complaint ticket / case with Saregama Carvaan mini Telugu Policy to get support service on any product in warranty or out-of-warranty. Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company's Service Centers or its Authorised Service Centers. • Saregama will pay for return courier charges only but owns no responsibility of any damages/loss during transit

Can I extend the warranty?

No, there is no such facility right now.

What is Replacement Policy?

The product will be replaced only if the product is still under warranty and the issue is found to be irreparable.

What is Dead on Arrival Policy?

Dead on arrival applies when a newly purchased product does not function at all. In such a case, it will be replaced free of cost by our service center. To report such a case mail as on feedback@saregama.com or call us on 18001027799 (9:00 am to 9:00 pm).

If the product is found defective after checking by the service center then a new product or equivalent product will be issued against the faulty product. Under all circumstances, the decision whether Product is DOA or not rests solely with Saregama.

Dead on arrival doesn't apply to the following cases:

• If the product has been damaged / tampered/mishandled with by the customer
• If the customer is not able to provide the original invoice
• Loss of any spare part by the customer
• Any other wear and tear caused to the product by the customer
• Any issues related to any 3rd party products/services from any unauthorized Carvaan mini Telugu dealer
• Products damaged while being used DO NOT qualify for a refund or replacement but can be taken up in warranty

What is the Refund/ return Policy?
